Interactions with Nature
This collection of photographs is aimed to illustrate a variety of landscapes that have value aesthetically in their own right. However, each additionally includes a linguistic approach to the ways in which humans intersect and interact within the natural scene. Rather than focusing on the landscape in its purest form this collection aims to include the interaction with humans. The narrative of each and across all is as much about the human behavior in the environment as it is the natural environment itself. The images are taken across a variety of settings to include Grand Teton National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, Pima-Salt River/Tonto National Forest and even a suburban park.
